Designeka is a visual-production studio operated by Jesse Cutrona as a sole proprietorship (doing business as “Designeka”) based in Los Angeles County, California, USA. For any privacy question or request, contact jessecutrona@gmail.com.

Designeka is a portfolio site. We keep data to a minimum and there are no accounts, no advertising, and no payment processing here.

• Contact form: if you message us, we receive the name, email address, and project details you submit, so we can reply.
• Coarse analytics: to understand site traffic and protect the site, our network edge records approximate location (such as country and city, derived from your IP address by Cloudflare) and basic technical details (such as browser and device type). We do not build advertising profiles.
• Portfolio-link tracking: when we email you a private link to a portfolio, opening it records the time and approximate location of the visit so we know the link reached you. These links are meant for the recipient.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to understand and improve site traffic, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Designeka uses only what's necessary to run: local storage for a temporary encryption-session key and your preferences. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where applicable.

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, edge security, image storage, and email routing.
• Resend — delivers the notification email to us when you submit the contact form.

You may ask us to access or delete the limited personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email jessecutrona@gmail.com. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Designeka is a business-to-business portfolio and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here; please review the policy periodically.
